Note corrections to Lecture 14 notes: correction to index on Hermite polynomial in the electric field expression for the Hermite-Gaussian mode. Also, the recurrence relation for the Hermite polynomials had a typo in one index; it's fixed now.

Note corrections to Lecture 13 notes (ABCD Law). In the two examples (sections 6.5.6 and 6.5.7 in the combined notes or 1.6 and 1.7 in the individual document), I had the wrong minus sign for the imaginary parts of the q parameter, compared to the beginning of the section (thanks to Jonathan Hanni for pointing this out). This is an artifact of using the different phase convention compared to Saleh and Teich. Otherwise, all the end results are the same. If you lost homework points due to confusion from this point, be sure to let me know.
